Our clients wanted to update select areas of their busy home. We began by re-imagining the outdoor approach to the home by creating a more formal driveway and constructing a gorgeous, covered trellis and flagstone path. We also applied a new stone veneer to the exposed flues to accent this entryway. Our stonework on the interior fireplaces and the refinishing of the hardwoods provided the homeowners with the additional warmth they were looking for in this truly inviting family home.
Inside the home, we remodeled the dated basement bathrooms. The result is a home that feels fresh, light and new.
Model Remodel achieved a Built Green 3-Star rating on this project by upgrading insulation, using low- and no-VOC paints and repurposing select trim, fixtures and cabinets.
