At Model Remodel, we understand that building green means building better. We are committed to finding ways to minimize impact on the environment and educate our clients about building practices, sustainable techniques, and environmentally friendly, recycled products and materials.
Our intention is reflected in our day-to-day business practices on site and in our office. MRM conserves natural resources by recycling and reusing materials and making use of energy efficient building practices.
Building green means that when your project is complete, your home is not only healthier but often more desirable in today’s real estate market. MRM is proud to have completed over a dozen Built Green® certified projects. Additionally, we are working on a LEED for Homes project targeting Platinum level of certification.
As active members of and advisers to the King and Snohomish Counties Built Green Program, we can propose strategies to make your project an exploration of sustainability.
