LICENSED, BONDED & INSURED
We require that all of our subcontractors are licensed, bonded and have commercial general liability insurance. Our Project Manager Associate will ask for these when you sign our Master Project Subcontract.
REPUTABLE & SKILLED
We’ll check with Washington state L&I website to make sure you have a history free of major infractions. We’ll also look at your website and reviews online to see what others have to say about your work.
TIMELINESS & COMMUNICATION
In addition to high quality work, your willingness to communicate quickly and efficiently is what sets you apart. We’ll expect you to sign documents quickly and respect our crew’s time on the site. We now offer, and prefer, signing agreements digitally via DocuSign!
START THE CONVERSATION
When we receive your information, we’ll reach out to either a) start your quick intake process, or b) let you know our roster in your trade is full. If we are a good fit, you will be sent a Master Subcontractor Agreement to review and sign. From there, we will ask for quotes and send project subcontracts separately as work becomes available.
