The Model Remodel team is growing! We’re in search of experienced carpenters and a bags-on supervisor.

Seattle’s housing market is hot, so we’re hiring for a few more positions to keep up with demand. We know Seattle carpenter jobs abound, but we’re only looking for people who would like to stay a while and grow with us. We have a lot of interesting projects around the corner, including: a 4-star Built Green home, a houseboat renovation and—of course—a bunch of beautiful kitchens! Since we’re only a 25-or-so person team, you’ll need to be OK working on your own and keeping yourself motivated to do good work. We balance solo projects with larger projects and staff happy hours, so there’s good team camaraderie. We’ve been in business for 16+ years, and have seen a handful of people celebrate 10 and 15 year anniversaries with us. We’re hoping to form friendships, not just working relationships.
