Lake Washington Waterfront Condo

Designer: Yaden Interior Design
Location: Madison Park, Seattle, WA
Scope: Kitchen, Bathroom, Living Room
Sustainability: EnergyStar appliances

Before moving into their new condo, these Madison Park homeowners wanted to update the waterfront space to match its magnificent view. With designs by Christy Yaden of Yaden Interior Design, our team remodeled the entryway, kitchen and master bath. Nature-inspired finishes throughout and a crisp white and blue kitchen gave this condo a facelift.

We remodeled the entryway and deconstructed a wall to make way for a panoramic pass-through window that would offer unobstructed views for those entering the front door. The window was finished with a beautiful, live-edge shelf. The hardwood floors were replaced throughout the condo.

The kitchen was rebuilt with new Canyon Creek shaker cabinets and snow white quartz countertops. The solid glass backsplash gives off a blue hue that compliments the water scene just outside the window. New EnergyStar appliances were installed to make the kitchen a more energy efficient space.

The master bath was completely remodeled with a glass-door shower, new vanity and plumbing fixtures. A Nuheat floor heating system will keep their feet toasty during colder months, while the wedi shower underlayment will keep the floor-level shower functioning flawlessly for years to come. The traditional sliding door was replaced with a beautiful barn door to finish off this small oasis.
