These clients are wonderful chefs and love to entertain. When they decided to renovate their kitchen and main floor powder room, Model Remodel listened to their needs and worked with them to select the best finishes and most efficient, durable design. During this remodel, we also updated the master bath, adding heated floors and a stylish, suspended vanity.
Model Remodel was able to update the existing midcentury cabinets and cabinet doors by adding new countertops and modern drawer pulls. We reused and relocated an existing china hutch, rather than build a new one from scratch. We also installed a new, 95-percent efficient tankless hot water heater.
