This main level and basement remodel brings a classic elegance to the modern day. Featuring a gorgeous modern kitchen remodel, a completely transformed basement, and two bathrooms, this remodel helped the homeowners realize their vision for an exquisitely redefined interior space. We were even able to expand the utility of the home, adding French doors from the basement out to the patio, creating opportunity for an indoor-outdoor space that’s perfect for entertaining guests.
With a full kitchen remodel – opening a wall along the way – the main-level overhaul creates a brand-new living space to enjoy. Where there was once a closed off kitchen and dining room, there’s now a bright, open concept kitchen, with line-of-sight from the cozy breakfast nook across to the spacious dining room. The modern kitchen feels like it’s always been a part of this home, with exquisite details, top-of-the-line materials and appliances, and matte brass details elevating the atmosphere of the space. Plus, refinished flooring and new paint keep the main level feeling fresh.

The homeowners were unsure about the narrow layout of the old bathroom, so Model Remodel flipped the tub to the back wall, putting it next to the window, opening up the whole room. This magical bathroom features a gorgeous sliding glass shower door, exquisite lighting features, and electrical outlets built into the cabinets. Quartz surfaces, and a recessed vanity both help to add a modern touch.
The basement steals the show as soon as you walk through the French doors
Starting as a completely unfinished area of the home, we helped the homeowners create the cozy, vintage lounge of their dreams. With moody gray walls and dark tropical wallpaper, the family room feels like relaxing in a movie scene. A luxury pass-through wet bar creates a flow between spaces, and opens up tons of opportunity to use this new basement as a space for entertaining in unison with the gorgeous outdoor space.
Did we mention the stunning bathroom we built in the basement? The mesmerizing teal tile feels like showering on a tropical island, and the custom built shower seat just adds to the luxury.
